Celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with Eco friendly Ganesha !!

Back to blogging after a short break! We tonsured our dear son and pierced his ears. LO looks super cute with his ear studs πŸ™‚ Time is just flying away… 2 more weeks to go and our little cub would turn one year old!!!

We had a wonderful Ganesh Chaturthi celebration at our home. I wanted to sculpt (ahem!!) Ganeshji, my fav lord. This is my maiden attempt of making ganesh idol at home using wheat flour. Planning to try out with play dough next time… πŸ™‚

Dear hubby’s parental granddad is a great sculptor. He used to make idols of lord Krishna for janmashtami and lord Ganesha for Ganesh chaturthi at home using clay. Guess this art runs in the gene…! Here is the Eco friendly Ganesha made by our uncle and his bubbly daughter πŸ™‚
