Pineapple Halwa

I have tasted pineapple kesari on many occasions at various functions and festivals in India. I tried a different recipe β€œPineapple Halwa” that I had never tasted before. The recipe came out very well and tasted yummy too. Here is the pineapple halwa recipe.

Kudos to you yet again! Simple, time saving dishes I bet! And you seem to also ever factor in the health aspects (I observe your dishes dont suggest much of fatteners and stuff)…

Good consultancy from you honorary!!!

Appreciate your scrawls!

Thanks a lot!! Your words are real motivators. Yes I love jiffy cooking πŸ™‚ I hate standing in kitchen for a long time! Wow…Gr8 analysis about me not using the fatty substances. I think i have inherited it from my dad. Amma has to cook carefully without using too much oil/ghee πŸ˜€

The other day I was asking Ganesha that how come I have been using 500ml of olive oil for more than a month.. Ganesha replied in his own witty way “Samaiyalla konjam yennaium kattanum ma”!!! Funny but true! Thanks to the non-stick cookware, I have stuck to one-spoon-oil cooking πŸ™‚
