Aloo Capsicum Fry | Potato Bell Pepper Fry

I am not a great fan of Aloo (potato)! When ever I refuse second helping of aloo sabji, most of the hosts raise their brow posing me the standard question โ€œwhy on earth you donโ€™t like Aloo?โ€ Well thatโ€™s me!!!

Ganesha loves potatoes; here is his favorite Aloo Capsicum Fry recipe. It tasted sooo well that I went for second helping ๐Ÿ˜€

Hi Anu,

First time to your blog! nice one. Especially liked your travel thingi nice pictures. I visited US two times now, visited Grand Canyon, Niagara they are the best so peaceful to look at. Visited Las vegas, liked the buildings some how it didn’t fit in and LA that is my favourite where I can become kid again :-).

You are the second person in my life who said they don’t like potatoes, one is my friend who used to live here in Plamy, whenever I make Potato she use to refuse, just the way few people who don’t like chocolates ๐Ÿ™‚ any way it’s healthy too by not prefering.

Aloo Capsicum they go well together, cooking in oven I am first time learning…….

Best of Luck!
Rajani
