Thanks for visiting my blog. Even I remember my mom making these variety rice for “Krishna jayanthi”. I used to love them, especially the coconut rice. Your post reminded me of my mom’s coconut rice. She uses red chillies and cashews instead of green chillies and peanuts. Your’s looks very tempting:)
